Landscape Architecture Internship job at Barge Design Solutions. Chattanooga, TN. What We're Looking For:
Are you a hard-working and dedicated landscape architecture student who is looking to gain valuable work experience in your field? Do you want to gain experience while learning from mentors and leaders who were once in your shoes? Barge Design Solutions is looking for someone like you to intern this summer.

Location: Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN

Number of positions available: 1

Schedule: Summer 2025

You will be involved in the following types of projects:
Parks and Recreation - conventional parks, sports fields, playgrounds, trails, greenways, urban Streetscape - Intermodal transportation, urban and suburban, state highway, local roads Institutional - Hospital, Campus Environmental - Ecologically focused, land repurposing You will gain experience in:
Collaborative design within a team setting Preparation of conceptual and detailed drawings Possible involvement in preparation of graphic plans and images Supporting Landscape Architects in completing project deliverables Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations Learning and Using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion, LandFX

Education & Experience Qualifications: Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship Current GPA of 3.0 or higher You must be at least 18 years of age. Additional Details:
This is a paid internship working full-time hours (40) per week. This is primarily an in-person work opportunity with limited opportunities for remote work. Interns are not eligible for company benefits. Housing assistance is not provided.
