**Job Description:**We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Estimator to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality landscape plans for national homebuilders, site contractors, and custom builders, requiring both technical expertise and creative design skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop, edit, and finalize landscape plans for national builders and site contractors.
* Create lot-specific landscape plans based on builder standards and modify existing plans as needed.
* Collaborate with the estimation team to understand and apply standard package requirements.
* Integrate site plans into AutoCAD and incorporate required design elements.
* Ensure all landscape designs meet builder specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes.
* Produce advanced, custom landscape designs for higher-end or specialized projects.
* Stay current with county-approved plans, zoning codes, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field preferred.
* Strong knowledge of plant materials and landscape construction standards.
* Experience working with county regulations and permitting requirements.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce compliant, build-ready plans.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
