The OpportunityWGA Advisors is engaging a Lead AI Agent Architect to drive the analytical and architectural work that underpins our AI Workforce Solutions diagnostic methodology. This is a high-impact execution role responsible for the workflow analysis, use case design, platform evaluation, and client-ready artifact development that translate WGA's diagnostic engagements into measurable client outcomes. 5–8 years of professional experience spanning management consulting, enterprise AI, business analysis, or process transformationMinimum 2 years of focused experience in agentic AI, large language model applications, AI automation, or comparable next-generation AI workDemonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executive engagements within a structured consulting methodologyExperience at BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM Consulting, or comparable strategy consulting firm preferredTechnical and analytical fluency Working knowledge of the agentic AI platform landscape, including no-code AI Worker platforms, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise LLM deploymentsStrong analytical skills including workflow mapping, opportunity sizing, feasibility assessment, and prioritization analysisComfort with structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and synthesizing complex information into clear recommendationsFamiliarity with business process analysis, operating model design, or process re-engineering methodologiesCommunication and execution Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiencesProven ability to produce executive-grade slides, exhibits, and analytical deliverables under tight timelinesComfort operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments with iterative feedback cycles and high quality standardsDemonstrated ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently Engagement DetailsPosition Type: Temporary project-based engagement; corp-to-corp (C2C) onlyHourly Rate: $85/hourDuration: Approximately 12 weeks (3 months), with potential for extension based on performance and client pipelineTravel: Approximately 5 weeks of international travel to Asia-Pacific across the engagement periodTravel Compensation: Travel time compensation and travel expense reimbursement provided per WGA Advisors policyWork Location: Remote when not traveling; client-site presence required during international travel weeksAuthorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain international travel visas as required
