Partner with enterprise AI and architecture teams to shape AI strategy and roadmapAlign Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise initiatives; evaluate build-vs-buy decisionsDeliver AI use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience CloudsArchitect solutions using Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow, and MuleSoftDesign reusable AI frameworks for CRM workflows, automation, and customer engagementEnsure secure integration of Salesforce with enterprise AI services and APIsDefine responsible AI governance, security, and compliance practicesEnable engineering teams with standards, templates, and best practicesRequired Qualifications

8+ years in Salesforce architecture and platform engineeringDeep expertise across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds, MuleSoft, and platform architectureHands-on experience with Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data CloudProven track record designing enterprise CRM and GenAI adoption strategiesStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsPreferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Experience integrating GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAIFamiliarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AIExperience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives
