A minimum of fifteen years of analysis and development experience with one or more of the following programming languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET, web forms and other .NET application programming interface (API) libraries, HTML, CSS, Javascript, CICS, IBM rational tool suite, using visual studio and team foundation suite. A minimum of thirteen years with DB2, MS SQL Databases (2008R2, 2012, 2016, and newer) and the SSRS component, and Oracle 11gR2 and 12c using Toad for Oracle Professional development environment. A minimum of eight years in conversion of ACCESS to SQL and .NET applications. Analyze and document business and technical requirements for system fixes, modifications and enhancements as directed by the Department. Maintain and submit documentation of analyses of system performance, software and hardware evaluations, new technologies, business and technical requirements and work estimates as directed by the Department.
