Lead Architect

Role : Appian Lead Product Engineer / Architect Location: Tampa, FL (On-site) Job Type: Contract/Fulltime Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the technical owner of the Appian platform - including environment strategy, configuration, performance, and stability.Plan and execute Appian upgrades, patches, capacity scaling, and environment refreshes.Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, design patterns, and governance for Appian implementations.Collaborate with business, delivery teams, infrastructure, information security, and external vendors to ensure reliable and compliant platform operations.Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance requirements.Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high priority incidents.Support DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for Appian deployments and promote modern automation practices.Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications:
