Under the direction of the Studio Leader, this position performs a variety of duties associated with design expertise primarily on Civic and Justice projects and related services, to assist in achieving desired client satisfaction, and business results. Attend project and client meetings with or without other design professionals for both business development opportunities and projects under contract. Demonstrate a high degree of aptitude in critical, creative thinking associated with design and the design process. Qualifications/Proficiencies consistent with mid-to-senior level experience for a detail oriented, motivated, and creative professional; able to design with an inherent understanding of building systems; capable of designing projects for high-quality public/institutional clients in the Civic Market. Knowledge in public safety and/or justice projects is preferred.
