What is the Opportunity? Join our dynamic AI and Emerging Technology Architecture team to work on transformational projects that shape the future of our business and technology. As a Lead Architect, you will:

Utilize your expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems to design scalable, production-grade solutions that align with business goals.Consult and collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment and establish an enterprise AI solutions architecture practice.Adapt AI platform capabilities to meet the evolving needs of business groups while promoting reusability and responsible AI design.Establish governance and risk management processes for safe and compliant AI deployments, adhering to frameworks like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.Communicate the evolving AI platform roadmap, delve into competitive landscape insights, and identify potential opportunities and challenges.Foster collaboration and mentoring within the architecture community, translating complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.What Will You Do? In this role, you will:

Oversee architecture for multiple technology and business segments.Lead technology proof of concepts to validate architectural solutions.Identify and capitalize on technological advancements to influence enterprise strategy.Conduct hands-on prototyping of new solutions and partner with leadership for alignment.Engage senior leadership in developing architecture priorities that align with business imperatives.Deliver clear communications that convey architectural strategy and secure organizational support.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? You should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience, with 8 to 10 years in architecture.Advanced knowledge in modern technologies and hands-on engineering skills.Experience leading complex technology strategies and managing cross-functional collaboration.Agile operational experience with a focus on transformational change.Expertise in AI/ML development and deployment.Knowledge of AI ethics and governance frameworks.What Is in It for You?
