Role Overview

The Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in the review, preparation, and coordination of architectural plans during the design phase of projects. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will help bring innovative projects to life, from conception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of pre-schematic, schematic, design development, and construction documents. Develop professional drawing packages using Revit (BIM) for 3D modeling and design documentation. Review submittals and collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers. Coordinate with engineering consultants and ensure seamless communication across disciplines. Analyze building codes, by-laws, and market requirements to inform architectural designs. Conduct site observations and prepare detailed field reports and punch lists. Participate in project kick-off meetings to align on project goals and timelines. Manage and schedule tasks to ensure timely submissions and project deliverables. Desired Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience, with a foundation in key engineering disciplines. Proficient in MS Office, Autodesk Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of Lean processes, construction technology, and building codes. Working Environment

This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and may involve overnight travel. You should be prepared to work non-traditional hours when necessary. Job locations may include project sites and office environments. Location: Atlanta, GA, US, 30339; Kansas City, MO, US, 64106
