Driving the strategic direction and execution of the studio's plans.Building new client relationships through marketing and business development.Leading proposal efforts and project interviews.Overseeing studio financial performance and project delivery.Acting as principal-in-charge for projects within the Science & Technology/Corporate Studio.Promoting thought leadership and innovation in design.Fostering long-term client relationships through direct involvement in projects.Ensuring effective project staffing, communication, and quality assurance.Monitoring financial and contractual performance of projects.Supporting career development for studio employees and participating in performance reviews.Setting and upholding standards for service, quality, and team behavior.Maintaining open communication with your team and being approachable.Creating a fun and engaging team environment!What You'll Bring to the Team:

A professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).A minimum of 10 years of experience in Science and Technology and Corporate design.Licensure as an Architect in at least one state with the ability to reciprocate in others.A strong passion for architecture in science and technology and corporate sectors, along with leadership abilities.A willingness to travel to project locations as necessary.Lavallee Brensinger Architects is proud to be an EEO/AA workplace.
