Lead Architect - Telecommute

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program required.8 years minimum post graduate architectural design experience in low to mid-rise buildings (Type V and Type III construction experience preferred).Must possess strong design skills and the ability to communicate design through drawings and 3D modeling.Licensure is preferred, but not required.Critical thinking with engagement skills coupled with detailed execution of concepts in a deadline driven arena.Construction document development experience required.Strong, experienced writer.Must possess strong design skills and have an aptitude for project management.Ability to travel (occasionally) as we support projects throughout the state.Valid driver's license required.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
