About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Lead Blockchain Solution Architect to guide the technical future of our next-generation blockchain and gaming platform. In this key role, you will design a scalable, high-performance blockchain capable of supporting extensive gaming and digital entertainment applications. You will be instrumental in defining the architecture, developing ecosystem infrastructure, and driving innovation in our tooling and technologies.

As a pivotal leader within our organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our blockchain solutions are not only robust but also compliant with industry regulations. This position requires a proven track record in blockchain infrastructure, deep expertise in consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and smart contract development.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in performance-oriented programming languages and experience optimizing blockchain scalability. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While gaming or entertainment infrastructure experience is not mandatory, familiarity with cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, secure multi-party computation, and AI-driven systems would be a significant plus.
