Our SW Michigan client is seeking a Lead Design Architect to design innovative spaces for their predominantly fundamental modern church clientele.

responsibilities:

Meetings with Clients to understand their vision, budget, site and other project needs.

Develop Conceptual and Schematic designs. Create and develop Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents.

Lead Exterior and Interior Material Selection and Finish requirements.

Secure necessary approvals from state, county and city officials as necessary. #LI-OH1
