Lead Engineer: Electrical or Mechanical

Gilbert Architects is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Engineer to oversee and guide our engineering department. This position is open to both electrical and mechanical engineers with a strong background in systems design and project management. The role leads the design and coordination of building systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, security, A/V, HVAC, and plumbing), mentors junior staff, manages workflows to deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinates with clients/architects/contractors, and ensures quality control and code compliance.
