Key Responsibilities:

Ensure hardware resources and modernization initiatives align with client requirements.Enhance system capability and reliability while extending system life through technological advancements.Provide technical support analysis and integration solutions.Serve as a subject matter expert for both Business and Technical Teams in developing solution architectures.Conduct gap analysis for current and future system operations.Create and maintain a technology roadmap focused on improving services for external clients.Support business development activities, including proposal writing and strategic planning.Mentor and train employees in your area of expertise.Specific Duties:

Contribute to the Maximus Enterprise Architecture framework's development and execution.Maintain and enhance architectural principles, guardrails, and reference models.Engage in EA review boards and governance forums; provide insights to senior leadership.Support the creation of enterprise capability maps and multi-year transformation roadmaps.Business and Capability Architecture:

Collaborate with business units to analyze and refine capabilities and processes.Identify gaps and opportunities for simplification and modernization.Translate business strategies into actionable capability models.Enterprise Data Architecture:

Work with data teams to evolve data standards and governance models.Contribute to the maintenance of the enterprise data catalog and metadata frameworks.Foster improved data-sharing practices across teams.Information, Application & Integration Architecture:

Define target-state application portfolios and integration architectures.Assess architectures for consolidation and modernization opportunities.Support API governance and microservices architectures.Technology Architecture & Modernization:

Help shape enterprise technology standards across various services.Evaluate emerging technologies for potential enterprise adoption.Enterprise Advisory & Leadership:

Provide architectural guidance to project teams and technical leaders.Communicate architectural decisions effectively to stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise-wide issues and elevate concerns as needed.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.Job-Specific Requirements:
