Location: The Lead Enterprise Architect (with infrastructure focus) defines target-state and implementation architectures for Key’s most critical initiatives, aligning business strategy, application and data architecture, and the underlying technology platforms (cloud, network, compute, storage, and automation) required to deliver them. Develops enterprise architecture options, including infrastructure impacts, with clear cost/benefit, risk, and tradeoff analysis.Defines and communicates target-state roadmaps aligned to business strategy and organizational readiness.Influences architecture decisions across teams through facilitation, data-driven recommendations, and consensus-building.Balances strategic and tactical needs by evaluating tradeoffs across business outcomes, delivery constraints, and long/short-term platform considerations.Operates independently, driving architecture outcomes while partnering effectively across product, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.Participates in architecture governance by reviewing and influencing architecture for critical delivery projects (application, data, and infrastructure).Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating modelsDrives innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize platforms and reduce complexity through standardization and automation.Communicates complex architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Synthesizes the “big picture” across domains while guiding teams on the key details needed for secure, resilient implementation.Leads cross-functional working sessions and architecture reviews to drive alignment and timely decisions.Navigates ambiguity by framing decisions, defining assumptions, and iterating toward an agreed target state.Facilitates conflict resolution by surfacing tradeoffs, aligning on principles, and documenting decision rationale.Partners with risk, security, and compliance to ensure architectures meet resiliency, control, and regulatory requirements.Technology: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experienceMaster's degree in technology or business desirableExperience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data and infrastructure domainsExperience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporationExperience with Internet delivery architecture, messaging and web service architecture, sales delivery platform architecturesand mobile architectures.Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of the organization and influence others toward consensus.
