Lead Enterprise Architect

This individual will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across the enterprise application portfolio. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and target‐state roadmaps.Acts as a trusted advisor to delivery teams and stakeholders.Identifies risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across platforms.Drives continuous improvement of architecture maturity and practices.Performs other duties as required.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, or related rolesStrong understanding and implementing of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworksDeep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem including Azure (IaaS/PaaS, Integration Services); Microsoft 365, Power Platform and CopilotExperience with Microsoft cloud platformsExperience with ServiceNow APM / Enterprise Architecture moduleAbility to translate business strategy into capability models and architecture roadmapsStrong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skillsExpertise in integration architecture and cloud‐native design patternsExperience with application portfolio management and rationalizationAmount of Travel Required
