Expression is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to support the execution of a long-term Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) enterprise engineering and operations support program. The Lead Enterprise Architect is the subject matter expert for network and cloud architecture and design. This role leads application and network architecture and design efforts, advises the Government on IT system strategy, develops business cases and ROI analyses for new technologies, and researches and evaluates emerging networking technologies to support the CISA mission. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems.Experience in network engineering and a minimum of 5 years in network architecture.In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 10 years of experience in IT architecture and engineering, for a total of 15 years.Subject matter expertise in network and cloud architecture and design.Demonstrated experience developing business cases / ROI, architecting solutions to meet business and functional requirements, and applying Agile/Scrum; broad knowledge of application development frameworks and methodologies.Benefits: Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Washington DC, Expression provides data fusion, data analytics, AI/ML, software engineering, information technology, and electromagnetic spectrum management solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State, and national security community.
