Responsibiliti esLead the firm's healthcare practice and serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders.Lead healthcare projects through all phases, from programming and planning through construction administration.Direct project teams to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction are achieved.Provide strategic planning, medical planning, and design leadership for a variety of healthcare facilities.Collaborate with firm leadership to support business development, client presentations, and pursuit efforts.Mentor architects, planners, and designers while helping grow the healthcare practice.Stay current on healthcare design trends, codes, regulations, and evidence-based design principle s. Qualificati onsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect (preferred).12–15+ years of healthcare planning and design experience.Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Lead and primary client contact on healthcare projects.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems and executive stakeholders.Existing relationships with Alabama health systems is highly preferred; experience with comparable regional or nationally recognized healthcare organizations will also be considered.EDAC (Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification) or similar healthcare planning credential is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, codes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skil ls.
