We’re looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats: leading a small crew, troubleshooting property issues, and jumping in to get the work done. Leading, training, and coordinating maintenance technicians and vendors Managing work orders, turnovers, inspections, and preventive maintenance Performing hands-on maintenance work across residential properties including: ✔ Experience across multiple trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, general repairs Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to travel locally between properties in the Allentown area Personal tools required to perform maintenance tasks Ability to work independently while coordinating with management Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if urgent issues arise This Is a Strong Fit For Someone Who Wants:
