Akamai's Cloud Technology Group (CTG) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and operating our public cloud platform. As a Lead Principal Architect, you will leverage your expertise in Operating Systems, Hypervisors, Virtual Machines, and Containers, with a deep understanding of Cloud-Native principles, to spearhead the architecture and design of next-generation infrastructure services. You will integrate closely with engineering development teams and serve as a key contributor to the Compute system architecture. Our platform is built to support the giants of the digital world, ensuring faster performance and robust security. For candidates in the US, the base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $360,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
