Lead Principal IAM Solutions Architect

As a Lead Principal IAM Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping and refining the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture to meet the diverse needs of our business. You will collaborate with various teams to create scalable solutions across workforce identity, customer identity (CIAM), and partner ecosystems. Your Responsibilities: Define and enhance the enterprise IAM architecture in alignment with business requirements.Develop scalable reference architectures, build patterns, and standards for IAM implementations.Lead initiatives for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and access model automation.Merge and map identities across systems to unify under a single platform instance.Work with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers to gather requirements and ensure effective implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, secure, and scalable IAM implementations.Act as a lead point of contact for complex identity challenges, including legacy system retirements and federating identity platforms.Plan and lead implementation efforts for IAM solutions covering Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), and additional supporting systems.Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans alongside the Director of IAM.Mentor IAM team members in real-world problem-solving and critical thinking.What You Bring to the Team: Location: [Insert Full Address]
