Development & Design-Build Growth Role We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect / Project Manager who can independently lead projects from programming through construction administration while helping expand our presence in: Project Leadership Lead $10M+ projects from concept through construction completionServe as primary client contactGuide zoning, entitlement, and permitting processesManage project schedules, staffing, and documentation qualityCoordinate consultants (MEP, structural, civil)Oversee construction administration (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, site visits)Financial & Performance Accountability Licensed Architect (Florida preferred or ability to obtain)5–10 years of progressive professional experienceExperience leading projects independentlyExperience with $10M+ project typesStrong construction administration experienceProficiency in Revit and BIM coordinationStrong understanding of permitting and entitlement processesPreferred / High-Value Experience
