Lead Project Architect

STITCH Design Shop is excited to announce an opening for a Lead Project Architect who is eager to drive impactful projects that define communities. As a Lead Project Architect, you will:

Take ownership of significant technical design components on major projects. Conduct thorough investigations, evaluations, and provide design solutions tailored to meet client needs. Offer professional architectural consultation throughout the planning, design, and coordination phases of large and complex projects. Independently apply advanced architectural principles and develop new techniques and procedures for complex or unique assignments. Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects. Represent STITCH at various organizational and community events, as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

An undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture. 3+ years of professional architectural experience; a valid license as a professional Architect is required. Proficiency in BIM software (preferably Revit) and 3D modeling software (preferred SketchUp); familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. A creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail and passion for design. A valid driver's license. Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

The Lead Project Architect will generally work in an office setting, with occasional visits to job sites. Work hours will primarily align with standard business hours, but flexibility may be required based on project needs.

Physical demands include walking, sitting, standing, talking, and listening throughout the workday. The ability to occasionally lift up to approximately 10 pounds and the capacity to focus vision at various distances are also essential for this role.
