Project Architect Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required4+ years of professional experience overseeing all phases of architectural projectsArchitectural license preferred (or in the process of obtaining)Project Architect Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.Experience in Commercial, Educational, or Multi-Family projectsStrong technical, code, and detailing skills for high-quality documentationEnthusiastic commitment to a multidisciplinary design process and collaborative team atmosphereProactive written and verbal communication abilitiesProject Architect Responsibilities:

Own the responsibility for comprehensive project management from conception to completion.Consult with clients to develop and present innovative interior design concepts and requirementsEstablish project parameters and develop design criteria efficientlyOversee scheduling, estimations, budgeting, and planning for all project aspects - including drawings, models, images, and materials.Utilize software tools to design, sketch, and produce project drawings.Foster professional client relationships.Demonstrate leadership qualities and build rapport at all levels, both internally and externally.What does the Firm offer you?
