Lead Project Architect

Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) is excited to invite a Lead Project Architect with over 10 years of comprehensive experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping project success through the application of advanced architectural techniques and practices. The Lead Project Architect will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of project development, including planning, technical production, project leadership, and construction administration. Additionally, this position provides an opportunity to mentor and guide Project Architects and junior staff members. Must be a Licensed ArchitectCollaborate closely with the Project Manager while being accountable for design documentationExhibit outstanding organizational and prioritization skillsDirect, delegate, and oversee project tasks effectivelyShow exemplary leadership qualities and exceptional communication skillsCoordinate and lead all consulting teamsAuthor and assist with specificationsMaintain a keen attention to detail and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solvingFocus on executing thorough project QA/QC processesEngage extensively in owner and Construction Manager (CM) discussions and decision-makingPlay a crucial role in mentoring and developing staffPossess deep knowledge of Construction AdministrationLead the strategies and development of the BIM model or visualization methodsThe Fine Print
