The Lead Solution Architect plays a critical role in collaborating with other Solution Architects to ensure the seamless design and implementation of solutions for our clients. Conduct impact assessments across solutions and components to ensure design and business requirements are met while aligning with both Acxiom's and the client's overall solution vision. Establish and promote adherence to Acxiom solution standards, utilizing best practices for consistency across designated teams and familiarizing yourself with project management and development methodologies. At least 5 years of experience in technical roles, including a minimum of 3 years in an architect position. Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
