Lead Solution Architect

Join our team as a Lead Solution Architect, where you will be at the forefront of shaping solutions for both existing large clients and new customers. In this role, you will manage comprehensive changes across entire solutions, ensuring their design and technical implementation align with both client and Acxiom's strategic vision.

Your Responsibilities:

Implementation Management: Design and oversee the execution of customized solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical goals.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by leading communications, facilitating solution strategy discussions, and driving project progress throughout implementation.Solution Architecture: Take charge of the entire solution architecture, ensuring its accuracy, quality, and long-term efficiency.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance across projects, leading enhancements and modifications while delivering high-quality technical support.Process Improvement: Identify and drive necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize client value.Qualifications:

Required: At least 2 years’ experience in technical or architect roles and experience in database marketing or direct marketing environments.Preferred: Minimum 4 years of experience with Acxiom.Primary Location: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas.
