In this role, you will manage comprehensive changes across entire solutions, ensuring their design and technical implementation align with both client and Acxiom's strategic vision. Implementation Management: Design and oversee the execution of customized solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical goals.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by leading communications, facilitating solution strategy discussions, and driving project progress throughout implementation.Solution Architecture: Take charge of the entire solution architecture, ensuring its accuracy, quality, and long-term efficiency.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance across projects, leading enhancements and modifications while delivering high-quality technical support.Process Improvement: Identify and drive necessary changes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize client value.Qualifications: Required: At least 2 years’ experience in technical or architect roles and experience in database marketing or direct marketing environments.Preferred: Minimum 4 years of experience with Acxiom.Primary Location: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas.
