Lead Solution Architect

Join our team as a Lead Solution Architect, where you will play a critical role in overseeing the design and implementation of technical solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with other solution architects to ensure our solutions align with both Acxiom's and our clients' strategic goals. In this role, you will take charge of the end-to-end solution design process, providing technical oversight and communication with clients throughout the implementation phase.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading projects for existing clients or new accounts, focusing on solution enhancements and management. Conducting impact assessments across solutions and components during Acxiom solution implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural vision. Maintaining solution integrity for complex projects, providing guidance to fellow solution architects on technology and design decisions. Utilizing a consultative approach in client communications, identifying potential obstacles and presenting effective solutions. Gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements to craft logical process flows, assessing various implementation approaches, and ensuring solutions meet functional and technical specifications. Developing and maintaining a solution roadmap with technical and business enhancements, incorporating industry best practices. Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to inform project plans and risk assessments, all while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Staying updated on Acxiom's products and industry trends to effectively align client needs with our offerings. Identifying opportunities for process improvement that boost profitability and enhance client value. Collaborating internally with product teams to provide insights that lead to the development of innovative solutions for our clients. Leading scoping and estimation efforts for new projects, leveraging your knowledge of the pre-sales process. To succeed in this position, you will need:

A minimum of 5 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Extensive experience in database marketing or related fields. Strong client-facing experience, effectively communicating complex concepts in layman's terms. Hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, serverless architectures, and containerization technologies. The ability to lead teams technically and mentor other professionals. A commitment to implementing security best practices and ensuring the integrity of data solutions. This is a home-based position with strong opportunities for development and collaboration.
