Lead Solution Architect

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will collaborate with fellow architects to oversee the comprehensive design and implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring a smooth transition into production. Your role will also involve supporting new business initiatives, including pre-sales activities, architectural guidance, and solution design.

You will take the lead in implementing Acxiom solutions and managing significant changes that may impact current solutions, ensuring tailored solutions align with both client and Acxiom's strategic vision. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical leadership in all solution-related communications with clients and managing implementation progress.Consulting with clients on proposed changes, process enhancements, or inquiries regarding client data.Serving as the technical Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end solutions and guiding other architects in completing their tasks.Conducting cross-solution impact assessments during implementation, focusing on design and business requirements.Enhancing the overall solution integrity of large and complex architectures, providing direction on technology and design decisions.Communicating with clients in a consultative manner to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.Gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable process flows.Researching and evaluating potential solutions in terms of cost, compatibility, and usability.Guaranteeing that the solution design meets all functional and technical requirements.Maintaining a solution roadmap that includes technical updates and aligns with Acxiom’s standard components.Monitoring enhancement and implementation progress to identify potential future challenges.Documenting best practices and sharing case studies to enhance team capabilities.To succeed in this role, it is essential to possess:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles, with 3 years in architecture positions.Strong knowledge of database marketing and interactive marketing environments.Experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.Expertise in managing data using Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL.Proficiency in serverless architecture and containerization technologies.Preferred qualifications include AWS certification (Associate or SA).
