Lead Solution Architect

You will be the technical lead for all solution communications with clients, guiding the implementation process to ensure alignment with both client and Acxiom’s strategic vision. Duties and Responsibilities Engage in projects for existing Acxiom customers or new clients, focusing on solution consulting and enhancement management.Conduct thorough impact assessments across solutions and components to ensure alignment with design and business requirements for your assigned clients.Ensure the overall integrity of large, complex solutions while providing guidance to other Solution Architects in technology and design decisions.Communicate with clients using a consultative approach, anticipating challenges, and suggesting actionable solutions that maximize client value.Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, transforming them into logical process flows and evaluating multiple approaches for effectiveness.Maintain and enhance a robust roadmap for client solutions, updating it with technical advancements and standardized Acxiom components.Guide technical and business stakeholder requirements while monitoring project plans linked to solutions and assessing risk for effective mitigation.Stay current with advancements in Acxiom and industry technologies to align client needs with evolving products and services.Promote adherence to standardized solution practices and methodologies across project teams, fostering a culture of consistency.Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance profitability and client satisfaction.Advise management and teams on technical issues through clear communication tailored to various audiences.Foster internal relationships with product teams to provide constructive feedback for continuous product improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to client solutions.Demonstrate expertise in pre-sales processes by effectively scoping and estimating new project requirements.Knowledge/Competencies Extensive understanding of both client and Acxiom's technical and business environments related to end-to-end solutions.In-depth knowledge of Acxiom Delivery Methodology, project management, and change management practices.A strong grasp of Acxiom’s organizational structure, culture, and core products, along with the Solution Center Framework.Ability to manage design creation, elicitation, and strategic planning.Exhibit leadership capabilities while collaboratively contributing to major projects.Self-directed in managing complex solutions independently.Able to engage effectively with high-level client stakeholders and tailor communication styles accordingly.Provide insightful technical leadership to teams, addressing client solution enhancements and challenges.Skillful in conveying intricate technical concepts to clients in a digestible manner, emphasizing business benefits.Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in technical roles, including a minimum of 3 years in architecture.A minimum of 5 years of experience in database marketing or related environments.Significant experience (at least 5 years) in client-facing roles.What Sets You Apart:
