Lead Solution Architecture

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. A Solution Architect in AT&T’s Business Architecture practice plays a high‑impact, cross‑functional role, blending technical system design, business capability alignment, and increasingly AI‑enabled analysis. This includes close alignment with Business Architects, Product teams, and System Architects.Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to connect strategic outcomes with implementation teams, often using capability models and value‑stream insights.Ensure solutions align to the Target Architecture, contributing to long‑term sustainability and reduced implementation cost.Identify and manage technical debt and ensure architectural decisions are compliant with standards, patterns, and domain roadmaps.
