Lead Solutions Architect (Snowflake)

The Lead Solutions Architect is a pivotal leadership position that merges hands-on delivery accountability with strategic foresight. This role guarantees that solutions are not only well-crafted but also effectively implemented and realized within client environments.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will own the comprehensive solution lifecycle—from pre-sales to implementation—while driving technical excellence, client value, and positive business results.

Client Leadership & Solution Strategy

Act as a strategic consultant to clients, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives and long-term vision.

Lead the design of solutions for complex, enterprise-scale projects across various clients or industries.

Ensure all solutions conform to enterprise architecture standards and technical strategies.

Serve as the primary technical escalation contact for assigned clients.

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

Direct technical pre-sales engagements including discovery sessions, solution framing, and proposal craft.

Manage scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for large-scale opportunities.

Review proposals for technical soundness, feasibility, risk, and adherence to standards.

Deliver compelling technical presentations customized for diverse stakeholder audiences.

Delivery & Implementation Oversight

Oversee the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring smooth continuity and successful execution.

Provide consistent leadership and guidance throughout the implementation phase.

Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized, and add measurable value to clients.

Facilitate successful adoption and realization of solutions within client settings.

Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Develop and circulate technical best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.

Establish yourself as a domain expert in designated industries or solution areas.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Identify and implement process enhancements to boost client outcomes and profitability.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape product direction.

Guide and mentor less experienced architects and team members.

Encourage cross-functional alignment and promote industry best practices.

Core Competencies

Extensive knowledge in enterprise solution architecture and design for intricate systems.

Strong grasp of identity resolution techniques (deterministic and probabilistic matching, offline/online stitching).

Practical experience with modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalently powerful systems.

Understanding of AI/ML principles applicable to large-scale data processing and analytics.

Experience in designing real-time data architectures and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360).

Robust business acumen with the capability to convey technical value to non-technical stakeholders.

Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Qualifications (Required)

Over 10 years of combined expertise in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.

More than 10 years of experience in client-facing roles, including engagements at the executive level.

At least 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing settings (database, direct, or digital marketing).

Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience is required.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strategies for migrating from non-cloud to cloud environments.

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.

Familiarity with clean room technologies.

Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360).

Experience with real-time data processing architecture.

Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
