Lead Strategic Architect

As the Lead Strategic Architect, you will serve as the most prominent technical authority at Refold. Manage Strategic Accounts: Take complete responsibility for major enterprise relationships, guiding them through initial engagement, architecture design, deployment, adoption, growth, and renewal.Act as a Field CTO: Serve as the technical representative of Refold to enterprise leaders, building strong, trustworthy relationships through technical discussions and quarterly reviews.Design Enterprise-Scale Solutions: Architect complex AI integrations across platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, and advanced data ecosystems, solving unprecedented challenges.Drive Customer Success: Ensure key business metrics are met, including time-to-value and integration reliability, while translating technical achievements into compelling ROI narratives for customers.Influence Product Strategy: Be a pivotal voice in product discussions, translating customer needs into actionable insights that shape the product roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.Develop Scalable Playbooks: Convert lessons from enterprise deployments into standardized architectures and engagement strategies for broader team usage.Required Skills & Experience: Over 10 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, field engineering, or platform engineering, particularly within enterprise SaaS or integration fields.Proven success managing relationships with Fortune 500 enterprises, delivering measurable outcomes.Deep technical knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integration, data pipelines, and modern cloud infrastructure.Exceptional communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.Strong instincts for product direction, adept at transforming customer insights into strategic initiatives.High ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach typical of startup environments.Nice to Have: Experience as a Field CTO, Principal Solutions Architect, or Founding Solutions Engineer in a rapidly growing enterprise startup.Hands-on integration experience with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow.Familiarity with integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Merge.Experience with large language models and agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Background in scaling enterprise customer relations in early or growth-stage startups.Why Join Refold AI?
