In this role, you will help shape and maintain the technical roadmap for MMA's Salesforce platform, while providing architecture oversight across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and related platform capabilities. You'll play a key role in strengthening Salesforce delivery by establishing technical standards, guiding solution design, reviewing configuration and code approaches, supporting DevOps and release management practices, and helping ensure the platform evolves in alignment with business needs and enterprise technology standards. Significant experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Salesforce Architect in a complex enterprise environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs in business terms.
