Lead Technical Architect

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, cybersecurity, and business leadership, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable technical roadmaps, mentor developers, and promote best practices in architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and document comprehensive enterprise and solution architectures for critical platforms and applications.Establish cloud-native, API-driven, and integration patterns for scalable and robust systems.Confirm that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and reliability benchmarks specific to financial services.Engage with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to convert strategic plans into tangible technical roadmaps.Facilitate architecture reviews and enforce consistency with standards and reference architectures.Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that align with firm strategies.Guide implementation teams in navigating complex design challenges and making informed trade-offs.Mentor developers and engineers on architectural best practices and proven patterns.Assist in the modernization of legacy systems and their migration to cloud and contemporary platforms.Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk management teams to incorporate controls and ensure data protection in designs.Essential Skills

Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Proficiency in microservices and API design (REST/JSON).Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware solutions.Understanding of security and compliance requirements for financial systems.Competence in data architecture and system design principles.Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and documentation practices.Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles.Experience with legacy modernization and migration strategies.Exceptional communication skills and technical leadership abilities.
