Lead Technical Architect

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Architect. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Technical Architect during customer implementations, driving adoption and identifying improvement opportunities Collaborate with senior management teams to influence strategies and decisions regarding implementations Enhance customer experience by providing insights and managing escalations with project managers Required Qualifications Self-starter with experience at scale in delivering customer success through technical services 5+ years of experience in integration technologies related to Procurement/AP Automation Hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, ORACLE, NetSuite) Familiarity with integration technologies such as sFTP, RESTful APIs, and SOAP Experience in Finance and Procurement functional areas and ERP integration domain knowledge
