Learning Architect

Design Learning Solutions: In collaboration with Solution Architects, propose creative solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, performance support, gamification, AI-powered tools, and immersive experiences (VR/AR) based on client needs and constraints. This role does not own client relationships or accounts. Collaborate Across the Team: Work closely with Solution Architects, Account Managers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and the Solutions Coordinator to ensure proposals are integrated and complete. Requirements: 5-10+ years of experience in the training/learning field – with a strong understanding of all aspects of blended learning solutions, and an intimate understanding of eLearning 3-5+ years of experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment Demonstrated experience writing proposals, RFP responses, or similar business development content Background in marketing, brand communications, content strategy, or storytelling is a strong plus Experience in architecting complex blended learning solutions Experience with AI tools and emerging learning technologies, and how they apply to modern L&D solutions Experience using AI tools in the flow of work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management; able to juggle multiple proposals and prioritize effectively Proven ability to work on a highly collaborative, remote team SweetRush Is an Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
