Learning Architect III

Chewy is looking for a Learning Architect III, to join our Fulfillment Center (FC) Learning Team! Facilitate high-level design working sessions as needed with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the learning solution against the business needs Be accountable to the learning vision from creation to deployment. Inform management of accomplishments, plans and deliver project summaries. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field Three (3) years of experience in instructional design Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all internal/external partners Professional appearance and demeanor Strong experience in all Microsoft office products and training technology platforms Ability to be flexible to business needs and adjust plans as needed Within local commute of a Chewy Fulfillment Center or Corporate Hub Position may require travel In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
