Licensed Architect

The ideal candidate will have strong architectural experience and be comfortable supporting projects beyond design, including permitting, construction coordination, project documentation, and project management support. Active Architect License required.Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Professional experience in architectural design and construction projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction practices.Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings.Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Ability and willingness to work in person in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.Willingness to travel up to 75% as required. Previous experience as a Project Architect, Project Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager.Experience coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, and construction disciplines.Experience working directly with city planning/building departments and handling permitting or plan-check processes.Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects.Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or cleanroom environments is a plus.Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a hands-on licensed architect who can combine architectural expertise with project coordination and construction knowledge.
