Job Overview:

Client is seeking a Licensed Architect to lead technical delivery and coordination across multiple project types. This is an in-office opportunity offering autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while contributing to high-quality architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation.

Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration.

Manage construction administration and quality control.

Mentor Job Captains and junior designers.

Participate in client and agency meetings.

Lead technical delivery across multiple project types.

Required Qualifications:

Active architectural license.

5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

Advanced proficiency in Revit.

Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction delivery.

Strong communication skills and confidence as a technical leader.

Ability to work in-office in Honolulu.

Candidate Focus:

Please prioritize currently licensed Architects with strong Revit skills and solid technical/project delivery experience.

Leadership, consultant coordination, construction administration, and mentoring experience are important.
