Licensed Architect

We're hiring a mid-level Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of custom luxury single-family residences. You'll work directly with principals, clients, consultants, and contractors to produce homes that are architecturally distinctive, technically rigorous, and built to last. This is a hands-on role with significant project ownership — not a production seat. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program Knowledge in Interior Design Active architectural license in Florida (Texas a plus; willingness to pursue reciprocity required) 5–8 years of professional experience, with a meaningful portion focused on custom single-family residential Demonstrated portfolio of high-end residential work — ground-up custom homes, ideally in the $3M+ construction cost range Proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or equivalent rendering tools, and Adobe Creative Suite Deep working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, including high-velocity hurricane zone requirements where applicable Strong detailing skills and a refined design sensibility — clients will see the work Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients and managing consultants Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing design quality or schedule control Summit Federal Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, on-the-job injury, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief.
