Job Summary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Engaging in all stages of architectural design, including schematic development, design refinement, documentation, and construction oversight.Creating innovative, context-sensitive solutions tailored to client specifications and site characteristics.Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to maintain technical accuracy and multidisciplinary integration.Producing high-quality, accurate, and code-compliant architectural drawings and specifications.Mentoring junior staff and interns by overseeing their work and providing guidance.Participating in client meetings, site assessments, and inspections while documenting minutes and field observations.Researching materials, products, and systems to enhance design quality and detailing.Ensuring compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, ADA regulations, and sustainability objectives.Managing project timelines and budgets in conjunction with project managers.Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.5+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture.Active architectural licensure is required.Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.Strong technical understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods.Outstanding design, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
