Position: Licensed Architect - Manchester, New Hampshire Aero Frohne is hiring independent contractor Licensed Architects in Manchester, New Hampshire to support local and nationwide AEC projects. This contract architecture opportunity focuses on architectural documentation support, design coordination, code-aware review, Scan to BIM coordination, QA/QC, and deliverables aligned with client requirements. New Hampshire licensure is required; multi-state licensure is a plus.ResponsibilitiesSupport architectural documentation and client deliverables aligned with project requirements.Review existing condition documentation, reality capture outputs, floor plans, elevations, and architectural base information.Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, drone mapping teams, Matterport Pro3 technicians, and field capture teams.Provide QA/QC support for architectural documentation, Scan to BIM workflows, and project deliverables.Maintain professional communication, schedule discipline, and quality control.RequirementsActive Licensed Architect credential in New Hampshire.Located in or able to support projects in the Manchester, NH market.Experience with architectural documentation, existing-condition review, design coordination, or AEC project delivery.Experience with Revit, BIM, CAD, Scan to BIM, construction documents, or architectural review workflows is preferred.Resume URL and sample work or portfolio URL required.Active Licensed Architect credential in New Hampshire, experience with architectural documentation or AEC project delivery, and ability to coordinate with multi disciplinary design, engineering, and field capture teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
