Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Architect (Project Architect) to lead project teams from schematic design through construction administration, coordinating closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead design development and production of construction documentsManage project schedules, budgets, and client communicationCoordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultantsPerform code analysis and ensure life-safety and accessibility complianceOversee construction administration, submittals, RFIs, and site visitsMentor and direct junior designers and architectural staffQualifications

Active state architecture license (North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity)Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Proven project architect experience in an A&E or architecture firmProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits
Permanent, full-time position. Salary range $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development support.
