Licensed Architectural Specifications Writer, responsible for developing project specifications and providing technical advice to architecture teams throughout the design and construction process, with a focus on large-scale, technically complex projects, working in a remote or hybrid setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project specifications for architecture teams Provide technical advice and support throughout the design and construction phases Coordinate with product representatives and assist teams with product and system research Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited Architecture school Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in specifications development Experience with Life Sciences projects, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing Technical knowledge of construction detailing and building codes Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office applications, and Bluebeam Revu
