The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project designs that integrate architectural and engineering elements, ensuring cohesive and functional solutions that meet client expectations.This position plays a key role in mentoring design team members, overseeing project quality, and participating in client meetings including those for business development. The successful candidate will also be involved in documenting existing conditions and contributing to the technical direction of healthcare design projects.Key Responsibilities Develop integrated architectural and engineering designs for healthcare and related facilitiesLead and mentor junior designers and architects, ensuring high standards of qualityParticipate in client review and business development meetingsDocument existing building conditions and provide detailed project reportsEnsure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirementsQualifications10+ years of experience as a licensed architect, with a strong focus on healthcare architectureLicensed Architect (state) required; NCARB certification and LEED or similar certification preferredExperience with healthcare, medical office buildings, commercial, municipal, federal, or state projectsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited programAdditional InformationTravel : Up to 20%, depending on project needsSalary Range : $105,000 - $170,000Competitive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO)Professional development and advancement opportunitiesPhysical Requirements This position occasionally requires sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
