Essential Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required.5-15 years of comprehensive experience across all phases of architectural projects.Licensed Architect status preferred; candidates in the process of licensure will be considered.Key Requirements:

Expertise in Revit is essential.Experience with Industrial Projects is a must.Strong technical skills including thorough understanding of codes and detailing for quality documentation.Solid knowledge of building technology fundamentals.Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.In-depth understanding of relevant codes, operations, processes, and industry trends.Adept at prioritizing and managing tasks effectively amidst multiple competing demands.Core Responsibilities:

Take charge of start-to-finish project management, ensuring seamless execution.Collaborate with clients to understand and present interior design concepts and requirements.Define project objectives and establish design criteria.Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and planning to ensure timely completion of projects, including drawings, models, and material selections.Utilize software tools to create designs and provide accurate drawings for proposed projects.Demonstrate strong client development skills and professional relationship management.Exhibit leadership qualities and build strong connections at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.What We Offer:
