Key Responsibilities Engage with C-Suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing authoritative guidance Lead internal initiatives to enhance the Life Sciences consulting practice and drive thought leadership Mentor Senior Technical Architects while managing executive customer expectations and resolving complex issues Required Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience 5+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects 3+ years in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in Pharma/Biopharma Strong application design skills with expertise in data, integration, and security architecture Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams at scale
