The Royal Caribbean Group’s Newbuild Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Architectural Design to the Director, Design role. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. This candidate will provide guidance to a team of architects and designers for the successful execution of these projects and serve as a conduit of information and intelligence from the corporation and brand to external architects and design firms, ensuring the success of these groups. Bachelor of Architecture Minimum of 8 years of related design experience hospitality, Retail / Dining / Entertainment (RDE), theme park projects, as well as a minimum of 5 years of project management experience 8+ years of experience within cruise design industry preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees, across diverse cultures around the world.
